The shoulder is one of the body’s most mobile and complex joints. It allows us to lift, stretch, and rotate the arm in nearly every direction; movements we rely on constantly, both in daily life and during physical activity. Here you’ll find exercise programs specifically designed to strengthen and stabilize the shoulder.
