This digital program is designed for individuals with shoulder osteoarthritis who have already built some mobility and are ready to increase strength, stability, and endurance. The exercises are more challenging, focusing on improving muscle control and joint support to make daily tasks easier and more efficient.
Exercises can be done 2–3 times per week, with at least one rest day between sessions.
