Shoulder Arthritis - Moderate Difficulty Level
This digital program is designed for individuals with shoulder osteoarthritis who have already established some movement and wish to progress toward greater strength, stability, and function. The exercises focus on improving joint mobility, muscle coordination, and shoulder control to make everyday activities easier and reduce stiffness.
Exercises can be done 2–3 times per week, with at least one rest day between sessions.
