Anterior Shoulder Dislocation (Non-operative, Phase 1)

Anterior Shoulder Dislocation (Non-operative, Phase 1)

$10.00Price

This digital program is specifically designed for the first 4 weeks after an anterior shoulder dislocation treated without surgery. During this phase, the focus is on reducing pain and swelling, improving circulation and gentle mobility (ROM), and maintaining proper posture and muscle activation in the shoulder and arm. The arm may be taken out of the sling during exercises, which are performed 1–2 times daily within pain-free limits.

    • Step-by-step instruction videos: Precise demonstrations of gentle exercises, tailored for phase 1 of  anterior shoulder dislocation.
    • Detailed PDF guide: A clear, downloadable guide with explanations and images for each exercise.

    • Professional information: Learn what happens after a shoulder dislocation, why controlled early movement is important, and how proper treatment can prevent long-term problems.
